Finally some perio!
Yeah! Today I finally saw my first perio patient for the semester! How exciting! However, I was unable to get very far, I did x-rays and perio probing but that's it. So, I'll be seeing him in a few weeks to get some treatment going. The only drawback is that he refuses local anesthetic. So unfortunately I will be scaling another perio patient without the luxury of them being numb. Bummer! Hopefully I will get some practice in before boards!

Yeah, you got some LA experience at the VA today! You are going to go crazy now that you get to come see me every week at the VA, Yeah!
